Justin Jos
PhD candidate
Justin Jos is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law and Justice, University of New South Wales, Sydney. He completed his undergraduate law and business administration (BBA LLB) degree from National Law University Odisha, India and Master of Laws (Distinction) from University of Exeter, United Kingdom as a Commonwealth Shared Scholar. Justin’s research interests lie at the intersections of corporate accountability and international human rights law. His current research focuses on the use of legal waivers in company-based grievance mechanisms by multinational corporations in cases of corporate human rights violations and its impact on access to remedies. He is keen on raising awareness on business and human rights issues through cross-disciplinary engagement.
