Since 2019 has covered the OECD Responsible Business Conduct policy agenda, including the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct. Prior to TUAC, Blake worked on international relations for the United States hospitality trade union, UNITE HERE.  He has experience negotiating agreements with multinational enterprises based on the UNGP and OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises responsible business standards, and developing government procurement and leasing policies to include worker retention, minimum wages, freedom of association and alternative dispute resolution.
